Playing Snooker in Kinver
The club offer members the opportunity of playing snooker on four very well maintained tables at a cost of £1.40 for half an hour. Cues and chalk are available to hire from the bar.
The club teams have had a mixed start to the 2025/26 Stourbridge & District Snooker League, the current league standings are as follows: Premier Division, (A) team 5th, (B) team 15th out of a total of 15 teams. First Division, (C) team 1st, (D) team (7), (E) team 6th out of a total of 11 teams taking part.
End of Season Snooker Report 2024/5
The club teams enjoyed a successful season in the Stourbridge & District Snooker League, with some outstanding team and individual performances. Please see our winners for the season below:
- Kinver (A) team – the team knockout cup.
- Kinver (C) team – the team knockout plate.
- Gavin Sloan (A) team – Premier Division Individual knockout.
- Mark Love (A) team – Kevin Franklyn Memorial Cup.
- Lee Mallen (A) team – Most wins in the Premier Division, 24 out of 26 games.
- Lee Mallen (A) team – Highest break in all competitions, 129.
We also had some near misses with a few runners up as follows:
- Kinver (B) team – Division One (gaining promotion to the Premier Division next season)
- Dan Barker (D) team – First Division Singles.
- Keith Rollinson (B) team – Over 65’s Handicap Cup.
- Keith Rollinson & Rob Jefferies (B) team – Pairs handicap Cup.
